Estimate was correct. Installation was perfect. Customer service was Golden!! They had to come back once or twice to fix something in my system, not theirs! Not one sour face. I 100% recommend them!

We had air bubbles coming out of the returns of the pool filter system pool. Our pool guy said it could be the air valve on the solar panels. So I called Climatic Solar. They did a great job when they installed the panels 7 years ago. I told the guy on the phone what was happening. (wish I could attach a name to this fella, but I’m so bad with names, Sorry). He could have sent someone out to check things. And there would have been a service charge. Instead, he said “this is what I want you to do first”.I think I called him back two times. He was so patient with my Questions. And he was right! That’s not the typical customer service we receive these days.

I like doing business with Climactic Solar because they are so professional and reliable. Thursday afternoon I contacted Climactic Solar because I had a large leak coming from my solar panels. On Friday the technician, Jonathan assessed the problem, checked for warranty status, and explained what had to be done. He was very knowledgeable and helpful which tempered my concern. Damon and Isabella arrived on Tuesday to complete the job. They showed concern for their work and were committed to get the job down! I highly recommend Climactic Solar!!

Hard to get contractors to do small repairs; had a leak at joint in solar pool heating system. Climatic did not hesitate which I really appreciate. Did a good job.

Damon and Dalton did an excellent job on our solar pool system. They worked diligently for 2 days and the end result left my wife and I only with praise. It is rare these days to find people that are dedicated to their work. They even pointed out some things on my roof that will need repair in the future that are unrelated. If I had a customer service business I would want them to work for me. It’s nice to know there are still companies like Climatic Solar around.
