Climatic Solar is simply The BEST. We were held in limbo for nearly a year after MC Solar out of Tampa installed panels …….but did not hook up the system to operation status. And in the interim MC “bailed” and left numerous customers stranded!! I contacted Erik and his crew came out in a timely manner, addressed the problem and with the correct wiring got us up and running! I can’t say enough about their customer concerns, the knowledge and efficiency of the staff, and Haleigh’s helpfulness in the office…………I give them 12 stars in a scale of 10!! With Erik at the helm their ship will sail on and on

Estimate was correct. Installation was perfect. Customer service was Golden!! They had to come back once or twice to fix something in my system, not theirs! Not one sour face. I 100% recommend them!

We had air bubbles coming out of the returns of the pool filter system pool. Our pool guy said it could be the air valve on the solar panels. So I called Climatic Solar. They did a great job when they installed the panels 7 years ago. I told the guy on the phone what was happening. (wish I could attach a name to this fella, but I’m so bad with names, Sorry). He could have sent someone out to check things. And there would have been a service charge. Instead, he said “this is what I want you to do first”.I think I called him back two times. He was so patient with my Questions. And he was right! That’s not the typical customer service we receive these days.
