They responded quickly to get my pump and Solar Heater up and running again after the tornadoes. Quick polite respectful. Kelly did a beautiful job getting everything running just right. I appreciated all his help and instructions. He seem to know, right where to zero in on for the problems. I appreciate the fair pricing from this company.

Climatic has come out to our house multiple times over the years to service our pool solar panels and they always do the job properly, are kind and on time. Not sure what else you could ask for in a company.

Climatic Solar saved me from being powerless during Milton!
I almost didn’t answer the 8:30 p.m. phone call from Erik the night before the storm, figuring it was a courtesy call with a reminder to take precautions and be safe.
But I’m glad I answered it. Erik asked me if we had recently changed something with our internet. We HAD, and our backup batteries were not connected to the service b/c the passcode had changed. He sent a crew out the next morning and they changed codes and were on their way out in about 30 mins.
I can’t express enough my appreciation for that timely phone call. Having lived in Florida over 30 years, I know how miserable it is, living without power for (personally) up to three weeks. Thank you again, Erik and Climatic Solar. I was already very happy with your company, but you went above and beyond.
