They are the best of the best, we had new solar panels put in a few years. ago and they made us all these promises and they were supposed to be top of the line and they never got our pool or jacuzzi fo the temperature we wanted and were very dissappointed and hardly used the pool or jacuzzi So this time I did my due diligence and used CLIMATIC SOLAR and there panels and expertise can get our Jacuzzi up to 102 degrees on a good day.We love it and couldn't be happier. I live on the West Coast of Florida and had a leak occur in my pool solar panels. I contacted the local company who installed my system only to find out that they no longer deal with the manufacturer of my panels and that they no longer service the systems they installed. After many frustrating phone calls without any resolutions I found Climatic Solar on the internet who represents the manufacturer of my panels. I called and spoke with Erik who sympathized with my situation and took time out of his day to allow me to vent my frustrations. Erik told me that he had the plugs I needed to repair my leak and that he would send them to me. This is the unbelievable but true part that blew me away. Erik said that due to the run around I've been experiencing, he was going to send me out the plugs and would not charge me for the parts. Wow, a company that actually cares about people and looks for ways to help out. I spoke with Eric on Thursday the 19th of Sept and on Saturday the 21st I received a priority mail with more plugs then I requested enclosed. In addition, the postmark showed that Erik payed over $7.00 of his own money to send those parts to me. I can't thank Erik enough for his kindness and understanding and I hope that anyone and everyone who is interested in or experiencing issues with their current system will contact Erik because he and his company are by far the most honest, sincere and professional company I have every dealt with.

This is a great company to do business with. The salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The installers were polite and professional. The administrative staff informed us of the project's process and when we could expect the installers to arrive. The owner was on top of every aspect of the job, answering any questions that we may have had. The system was installed in the time framed agreed upon and is now producing power.

Very happy with our solar pool heat install. Eric and his crew work very hard on the insall. They took their time to get it right. Climatic solar prices were fair. I would highly recommend them and feel good about it. So if you have any solar work to be done I would call them and feel good about it.
