Their minimum for a service call is $189. That is for existing customers - I don't know what they charge for new customers. The technician was here for less than five minutes and showed us where the reset switch (for solar water heater) was, which he flipped. This is a steep increase from the last service call and I am at fault for not asking before requesting they send someone. This was mid-day during the week, not an after hours call.

Would not use, they do not stand behind their products. Broke under 2 years refused warranty. Stay far away.

DO NOT USE!! They do not do what they say, do not schedule properly, do not appreciate their customers and they do not value your time. My solar panel was removed by them for a roof replacement, I called when the new roof was complete, 2 months later still not reinstalled. When they did reschedule, they did not show. Kelly in the front office is great but thats where it stops. Steer clear

I called for a service call and was told I would be called back with a time. I never got the call back and then a service tech shows up unannounced at a very inconvenient time. I explained that I was told I would get a phone call back, he said that's "impossible ". He was short with me and accused me of being confused. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere.
