I have had one of their solar pool heater systems for six years. When it works it is great. But mine breaks down at least once a year. A bad sensor was installed on the roof which caused the system to toggle on and off far too much. That overuse broke other parts but it wasn't until about the third or fourth incident that a repair guy checked the roof. Since then the sensor that measures the temp of water returning from the pool had failed. My experience may be unlucky, but it certainly hasn't been the "no-maintenance" system the sales guy promised.

Watch out for owner to put a lien against your house and doesn`t tell you. Paid off early on a 90 day same as cash deal... didn`t find out about lien til I went to sell house, 4 1/2 yrs later. He never took it off. Held up sale of house. Would never do business with this Co. again..... This was a house at the beach and we always have verry good credit!!

Would not use, they do not stand behind their products. Broke under 2 years refused warranty. Stay far away.

DO NOT USE!! They do not do what they say, do not schedule properly, do not appreciate their customers and they do not value your time. My solar panel was removed by them for a roof replacement, I called when the new roof was complete, 2 months later still not reinstalled. When they did reschedule, they did not show. Kelly in the front office is great but thats where it stops. Steer clear

I called for a service call and was told I would be called back with a time. I never got the call back and then a service tech shows up unannounced at a very inconvenient time. I explained that I was told I would get a phone call back, he said that's "impossible ". He was short with me and accused me of being confused. No thanks, I'll go elsewhere.
