Had a need to call the Climatic Solar office to discuss an ongoing issue with my previously installed solar system by a different sketchy outfit. Erik, the owner, got on the phone and spent quite some time going over my system issues. Together we figured out the issues and came up with a plan to see if my net metering improves over the next few months. The system has only been turned on for a few short months, but FPL had me installed in their "Budget Billing" and "Solar Together" programs, completely screwing up my actual meter readings and increasing my monthly bills.
Bottom line, Erik at Climatic Solar is great man and honestly cares about hss customers, even though he did not install my existing service. I appreciate his time and expertise in helping me understand the intricacies of solar to the layman.
I would highly recommend Climatic Solar to anyone in need of sales, service or maintenance on their soar systems.

I had the pleasure of being the recipient of a high class service call from Joey and his team. Both Joey and his serviceman, (Kelly) I think his name is, were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My system was down for a few months and the original Solar company went out of business. I found Climatic Solar and from my first call to the office was very comforting and gave me hope. The issue was pinpointed in seconds and corrected. Solar companies don't have good names but Climatic Solar has given the industry hope.

This company is GREAT! From My very first contact with Joey and the office staff, it has been a great experience. They were prompt with answering any questions that I had, they were able to get to me right away. I needed a new gateway installed. The two technicians. Ivan and Daniel were very professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this company or any of your solar needs! My background is customer service QA.
