Great experience with Victoria Ham, Biz Development Mgr., who oversaw renting my Beaverton condo. From my 1st meeting with Victoria, I could tell she was professional, very knowledgeable, basically very "buttoned up", which I admire. Those skills allowed us to smoothly transition from trying to rent furnished, to getting a tenant for unfurnished. She was great to work with, accommodated a couple of special requests, and was always very good with communication.
