From start to finish, clear and friendly communication with scheduling a showing all the way through signing the lease. Shoutout to Eunice in the office for her expedited responses, both detailed and concise.
As for the showing itself, the star of the show was Jenniffer. I’m not sure how to say this so let me try an analogy. Amongst a sea of rubble, she’s a gem. … Aka we’ve seen a few places over the past year and, I get it, the job is to unlock the door. But the lack of attentiveness, property knowledge, or general CARE has been blaring.
Jenniffer had all those qualities, plus an actual personality! Look, we were in love with the unit from the first step in the door. But Jenniffer was fun to work with and pumped us UP to make this our home.
