I can't believe that I waited so long to switch property managers. Darla is incredible, she IS ON IT. From the moment that I called, it was like a hurricane of her eagle eye inspection, getting all the vendors in to do what needed to be done, taking really great pictures, and putting the listing online. NEXT DAY....rented. I am so grateful to have RPH on my side, I sleep so much better.

I’ve seen some reviews mentioning delays or lack of response, but that hasn’t been my experience at all and ive been with them for 4 years now. From the beginning, the team has been kind, responsive, and willing to work with me when I’ve needed help. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue or question, they’ve been easy to reach and quick to follow up. I really appreciate how they've all treated me with respect and take the time to listen. Just wanted to share that not every experience is the same and mine has been very positive.
