My experience with RPH and, specifically, with Victoria as the property manager was excellent as a new renter. My family and I completed a cross country move to the area and we were able to very easily arrange for virtual tours, obtain a lease, and get all relevant details to the move with no issues. After move in, we noticed a few issues with the home which required minor cosmetic touch ups and patching repairs and troubleshooted our heating. Victoria was instrumental in making these changes for us, coordinating with the owner, and was exceptionally communicative and prompt. I would absolutely recommend RPH and working with Victoria without a moments hesitation in the future -- it is a joy to continue working with her.

As owners of five investment properties, we have had considerable experience with many property management companies. Rent Portland Homes (RPH) is our favorite. They have an excellent staff who are polite, well informed and easy to work with. Unlike some other Prop. Management companies, you don't have to face phone trees, long waits on the phone, and different staff working on your issue; instead the staff at RPH respond immediately, know what has happened previously and keep us well informed when maintenance issues occur. Their fees are among the lowest we have found and their service is the best. Christin Stanton has a great eye for design and notices important details.She provided us with several helpful suggestions to improve our property and then created an excellent video for potential renters to view.
