Dylan, who came to perform our inspection, was both very personable and professional - relaxed and easy to talk to from the start, but also immediately communicated his purpose was to make sure everything would be checked to guarantee our safety and that everything was in proper working order, and that this would be done annually. He was very open to answering any questions we might have, presented his timeline and checklist for completing the inspection, let us know where he would not be looking (for privacy), and was very respectful of our personal property as well as the home itself. You could tell he enjoyed doing his job. This was our first time ever going through an “inspection” and a little apprehensive about the unknown and feeling like we were going to potentially be judged. However, Dylan immediately put me at ease from the moment I opened the front door.

I just had a little bit of a hiccup with an appliance installation technician where an additional part was needed which then required additional payment. Not only was the gal who answered the phone very kind and competent, but Darla herself ended up taking the call and spending quite a bit of time on the phone with me to ensure all the loose ends were tied up. This team has been quick to resolve any issues (all being very minor) that have arisen. They also did an inspection not long ago and immediately set appointments to fix a couple small things without us even making a request. We hope to continue our residency here for a long time.
