When our power finally came back on but our furnace didn’t, they had someone come right away when I called. When that person couldn’t solve it, they immediately scheduled an HVAC company. I even got a follow up call to check that everything was OK. When I expected to leave a message and wait a day or two for a return call, I got an actual human person on the line instead. I felt seen, heard, respected, and cared about.
I have been a long-term renter three times, 10 years in Bend, 16 years in this neighborhood and now, two years here and planning to stay for the duration. I have also been an owner of six homes in five different states for total of 32 years. I know housing from both sides. That’s when I decided I wanted professionals.
