Dylan did our home inspection and he gave us a heads up 20-30 minutes before arriving, accommodated our request to bump the inspection out by one hour, and informed us when he was finished. We appreciated his communication and timeliness in getting the inspection done. He was kind via text, and although we were not present during the inspection it seems that he was thorough and has processed maintenance requests to ensure the house is being cared for.
