Both Jen Hess and Jenniffer Mandemaker were exceptional in assisting my partner and I find a home that best suited our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed working with the team members at Rent Portland Homes; Jen Hess, who works a busy schedule at the office, answered all of my questions, especially after normal work hours. Jennifer Mandemaker met us at each property we visited to ensure we loved each home, and answered any questions about the property details we wanted to learn more about. We were getting frustrated by the lack of communication with other companies but Jennifer Hess from RPH was very responsive. She was also willing to work with us to find a house within our budget that we could move into on short notice. All in all good experience that ended with a nice rental at a decent price.

Dylan was awesome. Usually you get anxiety when landlords come and do checkups; Dylan turned everything into a breeze, he was so sweet, personable and fast! He also pointed things out in the rental that needs to be worked on considering the safety for my kids. Thank you once again for cooling my anxiety and being so awesome!

RPH was easy to work with during my stay in Portland. Everytime we had questions about maintenence, rent, etc.. They were on top of taking our calls and returning our emails in a timely fashion.
Jessy was very helpful when we put in our 30 days notice. He walked us through the entire move out process. Communication was clear on what our responsibilities for our move out were. He emailed over the instructions right away when we gave notice. Very helpful to be able to reference back to the checklist of items. Thanks again RPH and Jessy!

The team was super helpful searching around the area for a new place for us. Reviewing their Homes for Rent section was easy to navigate. They offer a wide variety of homes as our family was open to move around the metro area.
We rented through them for a couple of years and the team was very easy to work with. We had one major maintenance emergency come up during our stay. Jessy was on top of it and came out to the property the very next morning! Which was a relief and definitely shows they care about us and making sure the homes are being maintained.
