RPH was easy to work with during my stay in Portland. Everytime we had questions about maintenence, rent, etc.. They were on top of taking our calls and returning our emails in a timely fashion.
Jessy was very helpful when we put in our 30 days notice. He walked us through the entire move out process. Communication was clear on what our responsibilities for our move out were. He emailed over the instructions right away when we gave notice. Very helpful to be able to reference back to the checklist of items. Thanks again RPH and Jessy!

The team was super helpful searching around the area for a new place for us. Reviewing their Homes for Rent section was easy to navigate. They offer a wide variety of homes as our family was open to move around the metro area.
We rented through them for a couple of years and the team was very easy to work with. We had one major maintenance emergency come up during our stay. Jessy was on top of it and came out to the property the very next morning! Which was a relief and definitely shows they care about us and making sure the homes are being maintained.
