So far, so good. No complaints, yet. My first home being rented out. Mom is a real estate agent and she dug up RPH. Reasonable fees. Unlike other companies. They are promptly with there responses. I have a very professional mind set when it comes to the expectations of companies. And I have nothing bad to say about RPH, yet. Lol. I will share anything negative, because I believe this day and age, people have become quite ruthless/careless/selfish/etc etc. And I am more than happy to expose those people/companies.
