I applied for a rental home through this office on Sunday night, 10/6. The following morning, I received a text from Eunice informing me that my application was being processed and that they would get back to me shortly. They promptly sent my approval, a pre-move-in checklist, and links to create an online profile and sign my new lease digitally. The process was seamless and made it very easy to complete each step.
Their communication was fantastic, and Eunice and her team were highly responsive, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. Even our phone conversations were pleasant—Eunice had a very friendly and relaxed demeanor. While their online portal didn’t offer options for partial payments or splitting payments between two cards, the office still made the overall process easy for applicants.
I would definitely recommend them to others. As for the employee who originally showed me the home, she was transparent about the number of applicants and encouraged us to apply. Overall, it was a great experience with everyone involved, and I’ve truly appreciated working with them so far.
