With recent changes in OR laws and given the litigious climate we're in, I decided a few years ago to have professional management. However, Rent Portland Homes is the first company that I've employed which has given me a feeling of confidence that they're applying the same diligence and care that I used myself when I obtained tenants on my own. They have established, appropriate protocols that not only assures me of a good tenant, but also that the property has been thoroughly checked out for needed repairs/improvements and then documented with photos in case it's needed.
