This is my 3rd management company for the condo I lease and have for 8 years. I needed some maintenance work done and this would be my first request with this company. Let's just say due to my previous experiences with the prior companies( one in particular) my expectations were not high. I am happy to state I couldn't have been more wrong in my assumptions. Zeth from Pumpkin Ridge Maintenance was exceptional. On time, great communication, fast efficient service and a pleasure to deal with. I wanted to make sure and call out his exceptional service. Should I need any additional maintenance I will be sure to request his services. He is an asset to the company. He repaired one issue in 15 minutes that the prior company sent out 3 different people to repair on 3 different dates after multiple reminders and never completed and then Covid hit. This company is far above their competitors. Thank you for making a difference.

We have been with Rent Portland homes for about 6 years. Our experience has been very good so far. Everyone we have worked with are very professional and get everything done in a timely manner. They always answer our phone calls and texts during business hours. Our property manager Jeremy provides excellent customer service, there has not been a single time when he has not answered my txt or calls. If I have any questions his explanations are very easy understand. He makes navigating the complexities of renting houses easy and flawless for us. Jennifer has been super awesome with finding tenants quickly. We were amazed how she works over the weekend and our home was rented in a couple of days. We also had a situation where a renter decided to rent our home and then after signing the contract decided not to go ahead. Jennifer had next renter lined up. When she called us to inform that the renter backed out, she told us the next renter is ready to rent, all in the same call! We did not lose a single day in this process. Everyone at rent Portland homes are excellent at their job. It goes without saying, owner Darla keeps everything running efficiently. # happy customer.
