The first time I rented out my home, it took Darla 2 days to find tenants who stayed for 8 years. I have now rented it out for a second time and it only took 36 hours to find qualified tenants who will treat my property like their home as well. When you work with Darla, you are working with a team who works very hard to find the right people for you, not the first people that have interest. I've personally had an exceptional experience with Darla Andrew's office. Their communication is incredibly responsive and personable and what's most exciting is our tenants are also happy. What's most important in my mind with any property management company is that they have the experience in solving problems for my tenants so that I don't need to worry or make phone calls late at night (to find a plumber, electrician, or contractor). Darla's office understands the value of protecting an investment and has a hyper focused team that optimally meets me and my tenants needs.
