He repaired one issue in 15 minutes that the prior company sent out 3 different people to repair on 3 different dates after multiple reminders and never completed and then Covid hit. We have been with Rent Portland homes for about 6 years. Our experience has been very good so far. Everyone we have worked with are very professional and get everything done in a timely manner. They always answer our phone calls and texts during business hours. Our property manager Jeremy provides excellent customer service, there has not been a single time when he has not answered my txt or calls. If I have any questions his explanations are very easy understand. He makes navigating the complexities of renting houses easy and flawless for us. Jennifer has been super awesome with finding tenants quickly. We were amazed how she works over the weekend and our home was rented in a couple of days. We also had a situation where a renter decided to rent our home and then after signing the contract decided not to go ahead. Jennifer had next renter lined up. When she called us to inform that the renter backed out, she told us the next renter is ready to rent, all in the same call! We did not lose a single day in this process.
