I've personally had an exceptional experience with Darla Andrew's office. Their communication is incredibly responsive and personable and what's most exciting is our tenants are also happy. What's most important in my mind with any property management company is that they have the experience in solving problems for my tenants so that I don't need to worry or make phone calls late at night (to find a plumber, electrician, or contractor). Darla's office understands the value of protecting an investment and has a hyper focused team that optimally meets me and my tenants needs. Prior to hiring Darla's team I had many sleepless nights thinking about how I was going to find good tenants, find reputable cleaners, contractors, etc. Since Darla's team helped take over these responsibilities, I have the peace of mind that I never thought would come with owning real estate as an investment. If you don't have time to run your rental side business, or if you are not the type of person to deal with this kind of work, you can rely on this management company to do it for you. They are great, very responsive all the time when I needed to contact the tenants, or to do work on the property. I highly recommend them. They found reliable tenants, and that helped a lot. I used them for more than 10 years, since I became a landlord, and they helped me a lot with the rental. I have only positive things to add about their business.
