I just wanted to say that I visit Isabelle frequently and on this occasion she had someone come in to fix and/or replace several appliances. Now I have owned several businesses and worked in the public sector most of my life and this guy was phenomenal! His name is Zeth and he came in and reviewed each issue thoroughly and, one by one, took care of each problem as though it were his own home. It has been a long time since I have seen someone as professional, conscientious and friendly as Zeth. He handled every issue with expertise and he explained exactly what he was doing and why in terms that were understandable regardless of how complicated the situation was. From now on, I and Isabelle would like to request him for every maintenance issue that she may need to be done. Zeth does exemplary work and we know we can trust him!
