I paid the application fee, was initially told I was not approved, and then later was told by multiple different people that I was approved. Then said I needed a cosigner to I didn’t. There was no clear communication, no official emails, and no lease links sent—only scattered text messages from different individuals.
The process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I never received proper documentation or consistent information, yet my application fee was still taken. I expected transparent communication and a structured process, but that was not my experience.
I would strongly encourage better communication and clearer procedures for future applicants.
