There is no such thing called "Equity" and "Fairness" that exists in Darla's business model.
If home owner make a mistake then he needs to pay for it. If Darla make any mistake then also home owner needs to pay for it.
In our case tenant did break the lease and did not pay the lease breaking fee. Please notice that the tenant did not pay it because Darla's staff made a mistake in accounts and did not charge them and not because the tenant had any financial difficulty.
When we asked about it to the staff they said that they are not responsible for this mistake and entire loss we need to bear it.
After talking to Darla, she told us that she will talk to her staff and return our call which she did not return till date, showcasing extremely unprofessional behavior.
Also other home owners who are still in business with RPH, please caution, if they are sending any contractors in your property , ask them before and after pictures of any kind of repair. They says blah blah thing is broken and now repaired and then you will come to know that tenant is complaining about the same thing again because it was never repaired properly.
