My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Jenniffer from Rent Portland Homes. We are from the Midwest and not familiar with the Portland area at all. Jenniffer went out of her way to make us feel welcome and valued. She showed us two homes virtually and took the time to tell us about the different areas in and around Portland. The renting market in Portland is very competitive, but Jenniffer made it extremely manageable. She is very efficient and professional. Today I met Hash from RPH during a routine inspection. He did a great job and was able to assist with any concerns or questions I had. He was polite and efficient. Overall it was a great experience.

Hash came to my house was super polite, understanding, friendly, ask if I needed anything in regards to the house or if anything needed repaired made sure to address those made sure that I knew that he was writing those things down to have them attended to thorough. Just a great customer service experience, especially when you have people coming into your personal living space. If anybody’s coming in there, I would want to be someone that was friendly, dog, friendly, open, and focused as Hash was!
