Sam Tilley did our annual inspection on 9/12/24. He was very mindful, respectful, communicative and documented things thoroughly. I am grateful for his attention to detail as he was the only person in the past 4 years to walk through for the annual inspection and point out things that actually needed to be addressed that hadn’t been previously documented, so we can get things corrected that need to be. Now we wait for his recommendations to be addressed. Thank you Sam!
