As we know 2020 has been a crazy year! So having Jill as our travel agent was a godsend. My June wedding got derailed and our honeymoon destination and dates changed THREE TIMES!!! Jill was very understanding and worked patiently with us each time we had to change something. Fortunately, I was able to have somewhat of a wedding and thanks to Jill we were finally able to go on our honeymoon. Jill handled all of our travel arrangements and planned us the perfect (and yes very safe) trip to sunny Cancun, Mexico. We needed this vacation more than ever and couldn't have done it without Jill's expertise. I will definitely be doing all my traveling with Global Voyages in the future!

We just return from our Fairytale Wilderness Escape in Canada which was indeed magical and adventurous. She had planned every detail from the air travel, transportation, hotels, activities, to dinner reservations. All we had to do was show up. Our adventures led us to ice walks in the canyon to check out frozen waterfalls, conquering the heights with a helicopter ride, an exciting dogsledding experience, and a gondola ride to the top of the mountain for a spectacular view. And let’s not forget about solving the mysteries behind the interesting histories of the hotels where we stayed along with finding the ghosts who haunted one of the hotel. Every time we return from our adventure, Csilla is always thinking on how she can top this the next time and what else she can throw in the mix to make it the best vacation. Are travel agents a dying profession? I don't think so. I'm an experienced traveler. I am savvy with booking my own flights, cross comparing prices across several of my favorite websites. I can book my own hotels, and tend to lean on VRBO or Airbnb. That being said, Csilla has shown me (time and time again) her value in the travel industry. I've been bitten in the rear by booking rooms in hotels or resorts that have issues and problems that are absent from online reviews or company-specific websites. Csilla offers an insider's opinion on many of the places I've visited. She's been spot on with her opinions and knowing what I like and dislike about vacationing. Popular websites often have other travelers that review places that may seem like high-end luxurious, and to others, mid-tier. I prefer to get Csilla's knowledge and tips, as she has visited a lot of the places I'm looking to travel to. On top of that, she has been consistent with beating out prices on the online booking sites, or she is on par. Plus, she does the little added extras that keep me happy. I'm happy to pay her for her service. It's like doing your taxes. You can do it yourself. Or you can pay someone who knows how to get you the most deductions. In the end, you and Csilla win. She's one of the best in the business. You will not be sorry.

The service was excellent, the food amazing, pool was beautiful and perfect for our son, and the activities were super fun. This review is long overdue but my husband and I loved working with Csilla Dali with this company. We found her to help us coordinate our destination wedding to Puerto Vallarta in 2017 and were so pleased that we asked her to plan an anniversary trip to Riviera Maya for us this past June. She is professional, experienced and knowledgeable as well as super easy to get a hold of. She took everything we needed/wanted into account to find perfect destinations for both trips. We even had some picky family members for the wedding that she dealt with easily and didn't get frustrated with all our stupid questions in the planning process. It doesn't hurt that whatever money you put down for the initial meeting goes right toward your trip, no additional payment necessary. If you want to plan an important trip with ease I would highly recommend Csilla and we would definitely seek her help in the future.

We have been working with Csilla for the last few months. She helped us with a trip involving 6 family members traveling to Scotland (on A Tauck tour) form different places. Csilla was always available, thinking few steps ahead, offering to organize a car ride etc. . We absolutely loved our hotel in London (Clermont Victoria, perfect location, comfortable rooms with A/C). She also recommended our tour in Edinburgh, a small chocolatorium ---a perfect place for any age! We can't imagine not having Csilla through so many cancellations this summer. She was patient and very quick with providing alternative flights. We already shared her contact info with many friends and family members. From now on, we will only book with Csilla, she is the best and the most reliable.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in Portugal thanks to Csilla and Global Voyages! We traveled end of June, 2022. We gave Csilla all the liberty to put together a 10 day trip for us and we did not regret it. She sent us to the most beautiful places, on some of the best tours we’ve ever been on, and made arrangements for us at the most amazing hotels!
We loved Pestana Alvor Praia Premium Beach & Golf Resort on the Algarve coast. The resort is in a great location, on a cliff top overlooking the ocean and the beautiful beach.
The food in Portugal is amazing, their seafood is exceptional, and the wine is delicious.
Csilla handled all of our request during our trip in a timely manner. We didn’t have to wait for any of the arranged transfers.
We highly recommend Csilla’s services! We’ve been on three European trips planned by her and can’t wait for the next one!
