Dr. McCarthy has an excellent bedside manner and I felt valued as a patient. The staff was professional. Customer service seems to be a dying art and most physician's office keep you waiting long after your scheduled appointment time. It was very refreshing getting in to see the Dr at my scheduled time and I didn't feel he was rushing me to get to his next patient. I would highly recommend Dr. McCarthy and MD West One.

Dr. McCarthy has an excellent bedside manner and I felt valued as a patient. The staff was professional. Customer service seems to be a dying art and most physician's office keep you waiting long after your scheduled appointment time. It was very refreshing getting in to see the Dr at my scheduled time and I didn't feel he was rushing me to get to his next patient. I would highly recommend Dr. McCarthy and MD West One.
