These people are polite and friendly. My son's only way of getting out of the house on his terms is his new Trek bike. It needed adjustment and they handled it same day. It's his freedom and they got him back out quickly.

Had a pop tire on the back of my electric bike. Brought it in and gave me a quote for the price it may be. They didn't have the tube for the size which totally fine since they were willing to fix it with a tube i brought myself, instead of waiting a week or two for there’s too come. Totally chill people and great atmosphere. Only took a day to fix when they told it would be 3 or 4.

My tire got flat when I was riding and they fixed it on the spot for me. Affordable service and knowledgeable staff. They also host rides a couple of times a month, I went on one and it was a lot of fun. These guys run a smooth business and take part in the community, I reccommend!

Jeff with the long hair was extremely helpful. I went in twice on the same day. The first time, the store was busy and he was managing multiple things at once. He got around to me quickly despite the business, and helped me resolve my exact problem.
The second time, I brought a bike that the store doesn't even service, and he took the time out of his last hour of work to give me information, references, and very educated opinions about what to do from there. I guess I'm now a loyal Trek of Olympia customer. Thanks, Jeff!

Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Parking was easy and I felt comfortable in the store with my kiddo. Being able to test ride the bikes was a game changer in determining which bike I needed. The staff was fantastic. I'll be back for my future bike needs.
