When the bills started pouring in was when I decided I needed an attorney. So glad Chad was the attorney recommended for me. Met with Chad in February 2018 and he has been representing me since then. He made everything so easy on me. Summer 2018 we filed for a trial that was later scheduled for June 2019. Chad and his staff (Stephanie) always kept me in the loop of what was going on via email and/or phone, and always explained things so I understood what was happening. About 3 weeks before trial date, in May 2019 the defendant(s) asked for mediation. Chad was able to get a settlement for me without going to trial. Such a relief it's all over and no trial. My wife was involved in a traffic accident and sustained a minor injury. The other driver's insurance company "determined" it was 50% my wife's fault even after providing them with proof that their insured driver caused the accident. Within two weeks of Chad taking our case, the other insurance company agreed to pay 100% of the damages. Chad's expertise in dealing with insurance companies is outstanding.
