I called five roofing companies and only two actually went on the roof to inspect, A&D being one of them. A&D's quote was very competitive and included better components such as thicker underlayment and 72" ice and water shield. They used their own crews which was important to us. They came out and worked efficiently, roofing was done in one day. The next day the fascia and soffits were completed followed by gutters & downspouts on the third day. We're pleased with their work and we are glad we selected them. The work was completed just in time as the following weekend we had significant rain and were thankful our leaky roof was gone.

The whole process was seamless and the windows turned out beautiful. Not to mention their pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend!

The crews installed new shingle and gutters at my parents home. The estimate and scheduling process was easy with their friendly and professional staff. Really appreciated their prompt and responsive communication! Crews arrived on time and were respectful of the property. They completed the work as scheduled, picking up all debris, and made sure all work was satisfactory. Happy with the project outcome!

A&D install a new roof on our house. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and in fact we’re able to reduce the quote while visiting our house. They explained exactly what they were going to do and the kind and brand of shingles they were going to use. They stripped off the old roof and installed the new roof and came back afterwards to inspect the job. It was great follow up. I would use them again.

We have A&D replace our roof in 2025 and we couldn't be happier with their work. The communication was wonderful from the beginning and the work was finished quickly and neatly! The yard was spotless when they were done and I am so thankful for that with small kids and dogs who are outside a lot. I would definitely recommend them and I have recommended them!

We give A & D HOME improvement a five star rating for price, timing, customer service, and most importantly, expertise! We needed a roof replacement before the winter. We narrowed our search down to 3 top rated companies. One sent a new sales rep, and we both had concerns, even though he was a great guy, seemed he didn’t know all of the business. Another company seemed like they were a multi generation company… systematic and a bit unfriendly in their client management… we weren’t sure our needs would be met. They weren’t sure if they could get our roof done before winter. When A&D home improvement sent Michael, he came with a wealth of knowledge and the entire team seemed motivated to meet our needs! My husband, who has considerable knowledge and experience in this area, was able to ask very specific questions and get solid answers that showed their knowledge and expertise. Because of changing weather they were able to get a crew out the next day and the roof was done! Their staff, from the receptionist to the billing manager to the work crew and for men to our primary contact Michael were all responsive and positive! They replaced the roof in one day! And followed up a week later with siding soffits and gutters- all to our satisfaction!! For us, understanding where each contractor is in their business approach and determining how dedicated they are to building satisfied customers, in regard to price, timing, expertise and customer satisfaction is everything!! Like we said, A and D Home improvement gave us five star service!
