We had all the siding replaced, and then a few weeks later some of the shingles came off the roof, so one of the managers came out with his team and put a tarp over the bar spot. The siding and the roof were each done in one day. The workers were amazing. The supervision was great. The price beat out all the competition. The look is amazing many of the neighbors are jealous. We have roof and all the plywood replaced by A&D Home Improvement. The roof replacement project was completed smoothly and timely without any issues. We received estimate from five different contractors and A&D estimate was lower than all others. Ian Holland from A&D was very professional. All the communication was very professional with A&D Home Improvement.

Ian was very professional and upfront about the work that would be done and the cost. We went to several companies for quotes who either never got back to us or were unprofessional. I would definitely recommend A and D to friends and family. They did excellent work on the soffit and fascia of our home, and gave us peace of mind for extra protection with aluminum wrapping to maintain the wood and structure of the home. It looks great!

A&D stood out right from the start as Michael from A&D was the only one that was truly prepared when he arrived and the only one of 10 that went on a ladder and knew what they were talking about. From that point on, everything from scheduling to contracting, to communication along the way through clean up and follow up after the work was done - it was all smooth. Beginning to finish A & D did an A job. Get your other estimates first - one I had was more than 4x higher than A & D. Could not think of a thing they need to improve. We are 100% pleased.
