Martin came out to give me an estimate and answer my questions. Their quote was clear and explained the possibility of additional charges (which I really appreciated). Once we selected A&D, Martin came back to have us choose the shingle color, go through financing, and explain the process of the install. The day of install, they came early and finished early. Their work was OUTSTANDING. There was an additional cost I had to pay for replacing a small amount of wood from the deck but I expected this and did not come as a surprise as he explained it in his quote. Overall, they did a fantastic job and not disappoint!

I felt very comfortable with choosing them over the storm chaser contractors dropping by telling me they would work with insurance company for hail damage. Which in reality there was none. I found Steve through a Google search. Ratings are well documented and truthful! Pricing was less than the storm contractors. I am absolutely certain you will not be disappointed with the materials and services provided if you choose A&D Home Improvement. All of the gentlemen working on my project were extremely pleasant and on time. Thanks to all of you and I wish you well.

Martin the salesman kept in touch during the entire process and was able to accommodate any of my concerns and at a fair price. The installers worked on a day with 60 mile an hour wind gusts and still managed to get the job done and I am very pleased with the finished product. Overall an enjoyable experience.
