This is a bit late - However I promised Ian I would write a review. I have no affiliation with this company - except being a very satisfied customer. This was going to be a big job for us - new roof - new skylights - new gutters - re cau ... See MoreThis is a bit late - However I promised Ian I would write a review. I have no affiliation with this company - except being a very satisfied customer. This was going to be a big job for us - new roof - new skylights - new gutters - re caulking all windows and sliding doors and clean the eve soffits. Ian never dropped the ball - on time for inspection - on time with the quote - answered all emails and texts (even after hours and weekends). Had other quotes and they couldn't keep up with Ian and A&D. He explained how the work crew was their own experienced employee's - no temps. So we gave then the go ahead - got a date about a week to 10 days. They started very early in the morning with a LARGE crew! The supervisor informed me they would be done by around 4pm that same day. Came home to a new roof and skylights - everything looked great. After many storms everything is sound and good. Gave warranties on all materials - area around the house was clean! Next the gutters in a couple of days - good job. Again after some storms no drainage problems. The guys who re caulked the windows were master craftsman - beautiful smooth finish work. Told Ian just need the soffits cleaned and he personally came out that Saturday and finished the job! So a big job with NO HASSLES or PROBLEMS - just the way you like it. We would highly recommend A&D. Good job Ian and A&D Home Improvement. Thank You.

After reviewing many Angi's List , BBB Google, and yelp reviews, I chose A & D for the following reasons: 1. They were able to get my roof installed in a week. 2. Price - A & D was approximately $750.00 cheaper than the next least expensive estimate I received. They completed my roof in one day. The job site was very clean, no debris was left behind. They also went above and beyond fixing some siding that was not included in our original contract.
