He took a lot of time looking at my roofs( house and garage) determining the scope of work needed to replace both roofs. He got the company the job based on time he spent here not only inspecting the roof but answering all my questions and concerns and actually listened to what I was looking for. Both roofs look great. The only issues were trying to get a permit thru Cook County and there seemed to be some confusion between the office and the gutter installers as when my roof was done and the time it took for the gutter crew to get here. I also liked the idea that they were local and from my old neighborhood. I gave my neighbor Roman's card to get an estimate on their roof as well. I would be happy to recommend this company for your next roof.

Roman was the salesman and took more time examining my roof and answering questions then 4 other companies combined. Neighbor even wanted his card for a quote. The only issue was the time cook county took granting a permit and the gutter team running a little behind but still would recommend this company to anyone

He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. He quickly assessed the roof in my presence, explaining what needed to be done and why. He also clarified the up-grades which are standard in his installation. Steve then quoted a very competitive price. The work was done promptly and effectively. The subsequent clean-up was wonderful. Finally, Steve came back to personally see that I was completely satisfied. I was and I recommend A&D Home Improvement.

In fact when the tenants in my rental building failed to move their cars (necessary to provide access needed to re-roof the garage) Steve took it in stride and worked with me to reschedule and get the job done.
