Very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Installed a new roof and gutters and cleaned up when they were done. See MoreI would like to take this opportunity and extend my sincerest thanks to A&D Improvement for making the roof repair at my residence such a pleasurable and effective experience. Since the first occasion that I conversed with Steven, his reassurance of the job completion, knowledge of materials, professionalism, and sincerity just appalled me. I thought service orientation was overlooked and buried for quite some time. Well, I received a wake up call that there are companies out there who portray ethical business practices and set forth a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Even at the coldest and most bitter days of winter, it didn't stop him and his crew to get the job done even earlier than I had anticipated. Normally, when one works with home renovations, there is nothing but delays. Thank you so much A&D. Three Cheers to You-HOORAY, HOORAY, HOORAY!!!
