Great service at Trek Plainview. Bought a pair of Bontrager Cadence indoor cycling shoes about a year ago from this place. Yesterday one of the BOA dials fell off and I took my shoes into Trek today to see if they could fix it. Had the pleasure of meeting Ian who was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. He somehow managed to find the record of my purchase in their computer system and informed me that my shoes were still under warranty and that they could be replaced at no cost to me. Amazing news! I had no clue the warranty was even a thing and had mentally already resigned myself to the fact that I’d likely have to shell out the money for a new pair. Thanks to Ian’s diligence, I didn’t have to. He also very kindly also swapped my SPD cleats into the new pair. The entire encounter took < 20 minutes and I was out the door with my new shoes, ready to get back to spinning. Would absolutely recommend Trek Plainview for your cycling needs. Thanks, Ian!
