We originally went into the store planning to purchase just one bike, but we ended up leaving with three! Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. A few days later, we realized that two of the three bikes weren’t quite the right fit for our needs. We were very happy with Trek’s return and exchange policy, which made the process simple and stress-free. When we returned, we met Ian, the manager, and he was fantastic. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, helped us figure out which bikes would be the best fit, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our choices. From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We really appreciated the level of customer service we received from both Chris and Ian. Experiences like this are what turn a one-time purchase into a long-term relationship. They have definitely gained a customer for life, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike and great service.
