Tom is so knowledgeable and helpful. He always completes repairs quickly and never oversells on service. I own a cannondale but they always service my bike with no trouble. You can bring in any bike and they will help. Makes me want to buy Trek when I am ready for my road bike purchase.

I have brought my non-Trek bicycles for service here. While it may be a chain franchise but it is still a local bike shop. The services is good. Honest, transparent and detailed.

Loved the detailed notes Jackson took on what to repair on my bicycle. Prices were very fair. I really appreciated both Jackson and the bicycle mechanic staying overtime to finish the job. Work done on the bicycle was very good!
