I think it's wise to educate yourself online before shopping so that you have a good starting point with what you want and the money you are wanting to budget for a purchase because the sky is the limit and bikes last a long time. Hydraulic brakes, for example, were a must for my son. Accessories should be researched prior to going in though I received one freebee - which was nice. I got one free tune up voucher with my purchase. Jackson helped me lift the bike into the car and educated me on disassembly for transport. Overall, well run from what I see and the strip mall location is convenient.
