Just got my daughter her a 24inch for her birthday! We were on the fence for different brands,but once we stepped in the store and saw the bike, we made the decision right away. The customer service is great for choosing the right bike, also they help me get a helmet from another store instead of back ordering for a few months. Very recommended this store!

Had a great experience at the Plainview Trek store. The staff was very helpful and patient, especially while picking the right bike size for my son. They explained everything clearly without pushing for upgrades or unnecessary extras.
The bike was assembled properly, and you can tell the quality is much better than big-box stores. They also took time to adjust the fit and make sure everything felt comfortable before we left.
Overall, smooth buying experience, knowledgeable team, and good service. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable bike and honest advice.

Purchased 2 bikes and all the accessories that go with making it a good and save ride. Ian was my salesman, he was awesome, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and I liked the fact that he gave us space to look around but was nearby if needed! Great experience!! Great service! I also purchased a Thule bike rack and he built it and installed on my vehicle!! One more bike to burchase and will definitely return to Trek/Plainview!

Service was excellent. I was helped immediately as I walked in. Store is very clean and well stocked with parts and bikes. They answered all my questions and concerns.

** UPDATE**
Had some minor adjustment needed to the front brakes. Brought the bike in and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation.
Ian & Jason are awesome. They went over everything and actually showed me and taught me how to make the adjustments myself if need be.
Upon returning, Ian had replaced a part for me that seemed defective from the manufacturer.
Excellent service, very quick and very professional.
Just a great bicycle shop with excellent and friendly service.

Drop my bike off for a new chain. They called me the next to pickup my bike which is not a trek bicycle. But that wasn't a problem for them to do work on it. Cool staff I would go back for more service or to purchase a new bike

Great service at Trek Plainview.
Bought a pair of Bontrager Cadence indoor cycling shoes about a year ago from this place. Yesterday one of the BOA dials fell off and I took my shoes into Trek today to see if they could fix it. Had the pleasure of meeting Ian who was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional. He somehow managed to find the record of my purchase in their computer system and informed me that my shoes were still under warranty and that they could be replaced at no cost to me. Amazing news! I had no clue the warranty was even a thing and had mentally already resigned myself to the fact that I’d likely have to shell out the money for a new pair. Thanks to Ian’s diligence, I didn’t have to. He also very kindly also swapped my SPD cleats into the new pair. The entire encounter took < 20 minutes and I was out the door with my new shoes, ready to get back to spinning. Would absolutely recommend Trek Plainview for your cycling needs. Thanks, Ian!
