Working with Jesse and Liberty House Realty LLC was phenomenal. Jesse knows what he’s talking about!! He isn’t afraid to be direct and be “real” with his clients. I believe that’s what sets him and this company apart from the rest. With the flat rate fee, he will tell it how it is to make sure your home sells quickly while also ensuring the process is efficient and the transition is smooth. He was always easy to get in contact with and worked with our busy schedules to make sure our questions were answered and we remained up to date. This isn’t our first time selling a home, but it is the first time working with Jesse. Although we are no longer living in Tennessee and can’t utilize his services to find our next home, I highly recommend choosing Jesse and trusting him with this process. As new parents who had to move out of state, we were hoping for a smooth stress free transition and we are so happy we trusted Jesse with our real estate needs. I was a bit skeptical before we first started working with Jesse because I couldn’t imagine getting stellar service for less than $1000, but Jesse truly blew us away and exceeded every expectation we had. He walked us through every step of the process, making sure we understood everything. His real estate and law school expertise definitely showed through during contract negotiations, and we were so incredibly grateful to have him as our realtor. He even helped us get an additional 10k, in addition to the 19k in realtor commission we saved working with him, because of his thoroughness and expertise. He was also just a pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly witty and extremely professional, so I left every encounter feeling great and informed.

LIBERTY HAS SAVED ME $26,140!!!! Yes, that is correct. Liberty has now sold 2 homes for me. The first home sold in 2019. I paid $999 to Liberty to sell my home. I admit, I was concerned that the deal was too good to be true. The home sold, I saved LOTS of money on realtor fees. Then, 3 years later, I was ready to sell again. I called Liberty and paid $999. They sold my home within days of the MLS listing (well over asking price!). It saved me ANOTHER fortune. Their service is equal to if not greater than a traditional realtor. They provide a "Coming Soon" period, they list on MLS, and the home is marketed aggressively. They have the experience to deal with any issues you would encounter. They have the professionalism to interact with third parties with YOUR interests in mind. They have the knowledge to guide you in every step of the sale of your home. I would HIGHLY recommend Liberty to sell your home.
In closing, I ask you....is maintaining your friendship/loyalty to your resident realtor (paying 6%) worth giving up $10's of thousands of dollars out of your pocket?

I've never seen someone work so hard for $999. Jesse might be the best value in all of Nashville if you're looking to sell property. I saved about 11k over using a traditional realtor too. I was selling a rental property from out of state, and Jesse must have been to the property a dozen times. I waffled between selling "as is" or fixing it up first. Jesse was there the entire time and even recommended contractors that he personally met at the property to get bids. The entire process with Jesse was flawless from beginning to end. Do not hesitate to give Jesse a call and see what he has to offer.

I'm not much for leaving reviews, but Jesse w/ Liberty House deserves a few more 5 stars. I'm a local investor who randomly found Jesse while looking for a way to avoid the silly 2-3% listing fee most agents charge. Over the past year Jesse has listed and sold 8-10 houses for me and most have sold for over asking.
I was hesitant to utilize Jesse for the first project, because I didn't believe someone would only charge $999 and act as a full service agent. He's turned out to be the most engaged and knowledgeable agent I've ever worked with.
He's also represented me as a buyer for 3-4 houses. I've been equally impressed on that side of the transaction.
