I moved to the country 7 years ago. Oh my word! Country Living means Country Mice.i Because of Propestmen, my new little house is free of mice! I do not like mice in my house, but I love PROPESTMEN! They text me when they are coming out. They’ve set several large bait boxes outside my house. These boxes are safe….we have outside animals…a couple cats, several chickens and turkeys….plus two inside dogs and three hunting dogs. ONLY mice can access these bait boxes. The mice love the Propestmen bait and the mice carry it back to their nests. Therefore my house is mouse free!! If you have any kind of pests, call Propestmen. They’ve taken care of my problem for years. I highly recommend this company. Call them for any pest problems!

Originally called them when a bat woke my daughter up in the middle of the night flying around. They quickly caught it the next morning and had it humanely euthanized so that we could have it taken to the county for rabies testing. They found I did have a small colony in my attic and per regulations made it so that the bats could escape when they leave for feeding, but not get back into my house, therefore solving the problem. After that incident I switched from another company I was using for mouse mitigation and they have gotten rid of them too!

We were dealing with mice in our house as well. We worked with Corey over the phone and Chris was the man that came to our home in the Morrow, Ohio area. We are very happy with our ineractions with both men, and have shared our experiance with family and friends if they ever have the need for this service and want great Customer Service. Nice guys.

We've lived in our house for a couple years with problems of mice popping up here and there. We sat out traps that caught them but we began seeing more earlier this year and it was starting to get out of control. This was our first time using Propostmen and the guy who treated our house was outstanding in explaining the treatment plan and looking for ways they can get in. After a few weeks we saw a couple of mice (we were told this can happen because they haven't found the bait yet) and then a few days later they were never seen again and haven't seen any in months! This is by far the longest we have not encountered any mice since we've lived here. I can walk around in my house comfortably again without screaming and running away! 10/10 would recommend

My situation is like some of the other customers who have let comments. I was in contract with a company that takes monthly fees. When I called them about seeing mouse in my house they only laid out bait stations on the 1st floor, which did not solve the problem. I called them out several times and each time they quoted me outrages prices. I found Propestmen by accident by searching mice control on my phone. I gave them a call and spoke to Cory and he sent Chris out, what a difference in the service I received. Chris explained step by step what he was going to do and he listen to my complaints about the other company and explained what could be done. They came out in April and I have not seen or heard any mice. I have not found any trace of them in my home. I called they back out to treat the outside, I was not pressured into any other services. 10/10 experience. I am usually a little hesitant to use services that charge an initial fee to come out because I’m afraid of a whole bait and switch situation. That was not at all my experience with this company. During my initial call, Corey was extremely patient with all of my questions and very understanding of my situation (I had a terrible experience with the previous company I contacted and I didn’t want to be caught in the same situation). Once I decided to move ahead with Propestmen they had a tech at my house the next day to provide service at a fraction of the cost I was originally quoted by another company. During the inspection the tech provided me with all of my options, what each option would cost, and he had a no pressure sales approach. Overall a great experience with a company that just wanted to help.

Hi. Let me state that Chris Rocks! My mother is writing this post on my phone. We are currently dealing with an infestation of mice, from our neighbor. Chris, and Tim, came over yesterday Which , I was so happy about!!. Chris was very Thorough,and communicated with me through the whole process. As to what they were treating, down to the time frame the mice would be gone. I have dealt with various extermination companies over the years. They get 10 ⭐️. And Chris is so Professional, in the same aspect very Respectful, and a Great Human Being! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Ohio, and Surrounding Areas!

Strongly recommend using Propestmen for bat removal, professional, informative, knowledgeable and provided honest appraisal and estimate to solve issue. If you're in need of bat or mice removal call Propestman, if you're considering a different provider call and get Propestmen's opinion and quote. Received original estimate from competitor for $13,200, $9200, for service not required. Here's note I sent to them after receiving quote: I’m disappointed had second opinion/estimate today including photos, no evidence of bats in attic 2 over garage that didn’t access house simply using vent and screen as bat house. No need for insulation removal or replacement. I’m not one to create negative review but will recommend your competitor that provided second inspection, and was honest enough to provide photos. I would have spent $9200 for no reason, recommend you change your process to include photos and confirmation of infestation so you insure employees are providing honest accurate estimates. Hope you share this information with Hunter. Current process will negatively effect your company’s viability.

I had Propestmen come out to address a mouse issue. They were very easy to deal with and were able to come out the next day to do an inspection and start treatment. The technician that came out was very knowledgable and walked me through options to treat the mouse problem and a bat problem he discovered while doing his inspection. Very happy with the service I received and the cost seemed very reasonable.

I've been using ProPestMen since 2021 and I would not change. Their plan worked to get rid of the mice issue, and we've never had a problem since. Timely. Respectful. Reliable. Highly recommend. (I briefly switched to Terminix because they had a plan that was supposed to cover mice and bugs, but their mice plan was no good compared to the ProPestMen. They even asked if they could re-use my bait boxes from the ProPestMen!! Didn't take me long to come back to where we're getting top quality service.)

Very kind and honest people. The person who performs your quote is also the person who performs the work - no salesmen involved! If you use Terminix, we got a quote from them and Propestmen did the same work for HALF of the cost ($2500 instead of Terminix's $5000). I recommend this company to anyone inquiring about them. You will not regret your decision to use Propestmen!

We noticed that mice were trying to get into our home and Chris came right away to help. He was super kind and made me feel very comfortable having him in my home along with his co workers!! They explained in great detail what is going on and exactly how they are going to get rid of them. I’m also pleased to say that they use bait that is pet friendly and the mice should die within 5-7days! I highly recommend them.
