See MorePropestmen are informative, reasonably priced and totally understand and explain the science of the scope of the problem in your house. (By contrast I had experiences with other big name companies that gave me inflated pricing and a 'smoke cloud' of unhelpful information. ) In contrast, Propestmen specialise in a smaller realm and excel at what htey do - I would reccommend them unhesitatingly

Twice I had to pay over $1600 to have the wiring replaced. Ever since the ProPestmen of Ohio came out, did their very thorough survey and deployed bait boxes, I have not had a single issue with mice. Truly professional, and great to work with!!

6 years agoWe had wonderful service. They returned our call promptly. Very courteous. Patiently took the time to explain things in detail. Considerate and wore shoe covers in the house. 6 years agoCory arrived and promptly and calmly removed the bat that had gotten into my house overnight. Afterwards, he did a thorough inspection and located the entry point into the house proper. We got that blocked off and then he calmly and ra ... See MoreCory arrived and promptly and calmly removed the bat that had gotten into my house overnight. Afterwards, he did a thorough inspection and located the entry point into the house proper. We got that blocked off and then he calmly and rationally inspected the entire house and pointed out where bats were possibly getting into the walls. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable estimate with no hype nor pressure. I will write another review once I have the work completed.

Clear explanation of all steps needed was given and careful execution of necessary work was done in a very timely manner. Educated effective approach and humane techniques were exactly what we wanted.

We were not too excited to find a mouse problem in our house but Cory did a fantastic job setting us up to be mouse free! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us and answered all our questions and set up everything so we could be rid of all the mice. He even helped to point out some other issues for us to look into in our attic and that was going over and above! Thanks so much for your quality work!

We did not actually have a bat problem but a mouse problem which they addressed. They were very reliable and honest. We have since moved from London, Ohio back to Grandview Heights and called them again when we found a small fury critter in the house. I recommend them without reservation. Thanks!

They were up front about the time it would take to get rid of the mice. They were a pleasure to work with, came on time, set the bait in places that would be effective yet out of reach of my dogs and cat, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
