Took my wife's bike in for a flat rear tire, thinking it needed a new tube. Mike took the tire off and, after inspecting it, told me the particular valve cover was an adapter and should have been taken off after filling up the tire. Leaving it on likely resulted in the ensuing flat. He filled it up, showed my how to correctly close that particular valve, and now the tire works great. He gave me numerous tips that will prove to be very helpful for this particular bike. My 3rd or 4th time at Trek Bicycle VaBch in the last 5 years. Wouldn't think of taking our bicycles anywhere else. Always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. #1 bike store/shop in Hampton Roads.

It was very nice how other store employees worked to help him.
The service we received was so wonderful, we left with 2 new Trek bikes and several accessories!

My wife and I purchased 2 e-bikes from Trek Bicycle Virginia Beach after moving here 5 months ago. We did our homework and shopped many dealers, in and out of the area, as well as online before purchasing from Michael at Trek/Va beach. The vibe of the store is awesome, and the customer service outstanding. Michael's passion and knowledge of product sold us instantly, and we could not be happier with our bikes or our experience. It's an investment for sure, but we love our bikes and cannot recommend Trek Bicycle Virginia Beach highly enough to anyone even thinking about a bike purchase in the area. Ask for Mike- the dude is awesome, and passionate about biking!

Great shop and knowledgeable staff! My husband and I bought two Trek Checkpoints from them last year. Recently we noticed one tire on my bike had what appeared to be a bald spot. Eric was very thorough and found that it was more than a bald spot, that there was a manufacturers flaw with the tire, which the manufacturer replaced for free thanks to Eric's eagle eyes. We've had nothing but outstanding service from Trek Virginia Beach!

The staff were incredibly patient and knowledgeable of all the products and services they provide. I spent nearly an hour in the shop trying on and inspecting products and the staff were eager to answer all of my questions and concerns, without trying to persuade me in any direction. In fact, they ended up saving me money by their honest feedback and recommendations when they could’ve easily just tried to sell me products outside my scope and capabilities
