It was a good interaction all the way around The tech was nice and answered my questions concerning my upgrade. The parts I got were correct for my Shimano ,and I was given the correct trigger shift replacing my Grip-Shift which I never liked. Getting the correct parts for my Schwinn Jaguar, and I know they are a Trek dealership, when changing shifting systems made every everything easy to install. I really like the suggested upgrade.

Josh and the team were excellent. I had a bike rack installed on my Trek Roscoe and had that bike, along with another bike, tuned up. Several issues were encountered with installing the rack. It took a long time because the distributors weren’t clear about how it would fit on the bike and what adapters would be needed. Josh stayed on it and eventually the right parts came in and the rack was installed. Josh did an excellent job. It’s very sturdy and the rack is very high-quality. I thank Josh and the team for their assistance on this. While I had to wait a long time, it wasn’t a fault of Trek or of any employee of the store. I do appreciate their hard work on this !!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Trek Bicycle Grand Blanc. My mom recently brought my nephew—a young adult with disabilities—in to have his bike repaired. Our family has been navigating an extremely difficult and traumatic time lately, and the kindness shown to them meant more than words can express.
The gentleman who assisted them treated my nephew with genuine respect, care, and dignity. The bike tune-up was top-notch, and my mom was so impressed that she bought a new helmet while they were there. The experience meant so much to my nephew that he actually walked back inside before leaving just to thank them again.
You simply do not find this level of heartfelt customer service and true professionalism every day. If you’re shopping for the holidays or anytime throughout the year, please support this shop. They have earned our lifelong business and highest recommendation.

Completely blown away by such stellar customer service! Josh and Jordan handled everything so well. Just needed a derailleur installed. Upon arriving, Josh immediately inspected and diagnosed the MTB. He said they should get it finished by the next day. It ended up being a little more than anticipated ($42), due to needing a new chain. But they replaced the chain with equal technology and did not just throw a cheaper chain on. So, a total of $90 bucks and less than 24 hrs later was back on the road! Great, great, great job!!! Prompt, thorough, and friendly customer service. Couldn't of been much better.

My husband and I bought 2 e-bikes here. While I wasn't happy with mine at first, Jordan listened to my complaints about the bike I bought, let me return it and ordered a brand new one for me. We absolutely love our bikes now!! The service there is unmatched! I would recommend this store!
