I like the 24 hour turn around for repairs. The selection of products and if they don’t have it in stock they will get it in a day or two. Don’t forget about Joey, he is very knowledgeable.

I had bearings greased and currently, getting a rear hub replaced 10/10 they are super super professional and very truthful thought something was wrong and they state up said that there was nothing wrong with it and I could come get it

We had a great sales person/manager Joey. He was very knowledgeable and took care to see that all our questions were answered. And the very next day we left the Grand Blanc store with two Townie Go bikes. Even though it's chilly here in Michigan, we've taken two bike rides. I had an issue with my Townie Go Petal Assist Bike, a couple months ago, with the gears in the back hub and Trek Bicycle was very helpful in figuring out the problem and fixing said problem, after getting the part ordered, it was done in a day! 10/10, HIGHLY recommend! I’ll definitely be going back! Everyone there was helpful, and friendly!
