These guys did an absolutely amazing job of decorating the room for our 10th wedding anniversary. They were super easy to work with and went above and beyond to make it happen since our hotel (Flamingo Las Vegas) would not work with us or help in any way. I'll deal with that situation in a separate review, but as far as Uberoom goes they are the best and I highly recommend them.
Special thanks to Raymundo, Bryan and especially decorator Joe Rey for making our anniversary something to remember!

Overall a very good experience, I was very happy with how the room looked, the awesome communication each step, etc. I would have given 5 stars, however, I would definitely not recommend doing the chocolate covered strawberries (they came from sharrys berrys) and it was very dissapointing (not to mention expensive) as all of our strawberries were already moldy upon arrival. Otherwise, Uberoom did a great job, and I was very satisfied with all of the other aspects of it!

10/10 definitely recommend. Überoom provides everything you need for that romantic evening with your special someone. I set my room up myself but they can do that for you(I'll definitely use that option next time).
They're very communicative, they called to make sure I've received my items and to give me help or advice for how I should set it up.
My girlfriend loved every minute of it. Do yourself and your partner a favor and use Überoom.

I was having an issue with the hotel about adding additional name so the decorator could decorate the room before we got there. The decorator was willing to go above and beyond as far as putting her credit card down to be able to get access to the room. When we arrived the room was amazing and beyond our expectations. I was skeptical at first paying that much and not knowing what to expect. Especially half way across the country and not being able to see it first. But strap in cause this was a experience I won’t forget.
I first hired Uberoom because I was getting married in Vegas. I ordered the romantic package with extra rose petals and candles with champagne. I was so nervous not knowing what I’d walk into. But I took a chance and I’m glad I did.
Our decorations came quick I think it was all delivered to our decorator within a week.
To our new favorite person, joe Rey absolutely killed it. The way he placed each petal of roses strategically to spell our initials and a heart on the bed and a beautiful entry way of roses and candles was absolutely spot on. He was kind enough to ask details about what the occasion was and sent updates the entire time. He was prompt and thoughtful with every step. If I could rate my experience id give it a 10/10 for our special day. It was a bit pricey but honestly for the look on my wife’s Face I would pay double to see it again.
