Great training and information. Instructions are knowledgeable and able to answer questions. I give a rating of 4 because during the lecture it was difficult to hear all the information. The training could benefit from using a microphone so all information could be heard.

The instructor Bianca was great!! The venue in Philly did not have appropriate lighting or comfortable and ergonomically correct seating. Also, the student instructor ratio should have be smaller.
