Trek Northlakes was the definition of good service. I went in about a week before buying having done no research and not knowing what I wanted from a bike. Nathan showed so much patience and technical knowledge. He spent over 30 minutes with me just going through my options and answering questions. He was easy to talk to despite my lack of knowledge. I went to several other stores that afternoon and Trek was the standout. A week later I took my wife with me and were very happy to see Nathan again, where again he gave us the same level of attention. He looked after us on price, and also helped us with helmets and other accessories. Also a special shout out to Tom who helped us when we picked the bikes up for answering all our questions and helping to get the bikes in the car. It seems everyone at Trek is pationate and very knowledgeable. We love our new bikes and would recommend anyone who is interested to go to Trek.

The whole purchasing experience was excellent. Tom and Nathan were both great. The initial visit with Tom in particular was a highlight. He went above and beyond with the test ride ensuring the bike was setup extremely well, even further adjusting the shock and fork pressures, after the first test ride to ensure it was getting close to the ideal initial setup. The bike is amazing and I can't wait to get it out on the trails and properly get to know it properly. ♂️

Three weeks ago I bought myself a new Trek Checkpoint (early Christmas present). I visited the store three times before making the final decision. Each time the staff was very helpful answered all my questions and provided me with all the information required. As for the bike, I'm very happy with my choice it's a great bike and lots of fun to ride. A big thanks to all the staff at Trek Bicycle North Lakes.
