Three weeks ago I bought myself a new Trek Checkpoint (early Christmas present). I visited the store three times before making the final decision. Each time the staff was very helpful answered all my questions and provided me with all the information required. As for the bike, I'm very happy with my choice it's a great bike and lots of fun to ride. A big thanks to all the staff at Trek Bicycle North Lakes.

I took by bike to this shop because when I lived in Melbourne, I took my bike to Trek Springvale, before it shut down. The 2 gents that worked on my bike were brilliant. Dylan, who did most of the work was exceptional. My bike runs like new. What I liked most was that all the possible charges were explained to my up front. There were no attempts to get me to approve work or to get replacement parts that was not needed. It was refreshing.

NBD! Picked up my new bike yesterday and had my 1-year-old in tow. The staff member who helped me went above and beyond—he brought out a colouring book and pens to keep my little one entertained and even helped me load the bike into the car. Superb service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Bought a 2023 Trek Emonda SL5 and it was stunningly beautiful! Trek's paint job on their road bikes were absolutely fantastic! Specially if you see the bikes in person you can feel the premium quality on their bikes. Aside from amazing and wonderful bikes that Trek has, the people who work for them are really great and friendly. They know how to accommodate customers in a pleasant way. you can also feel their willingness to guide you and will answer all your questions, and this is the top reason why I chose to buy a trek road bike. Their service and after sales support are outstanding!. No wonder they have a consistent 5 star rating.
