It was an absolute pleasure meeting Nathan at the store. As a visitor to Brisbane, from the first phone call to the store and thereafter brining in my sons bike (not a Trek unfortunately ), Nathan was very professional with his approach and addressing the problem with the bike. Not only did he address the issue, Nathan also explained how the tyre could be changed and also had my teenage son get his hand dirty in the process of learning. I would highly recommend this store for a customer first and friendly service. Thanks once again Nathan!

I visited the store a little while ago and a staff member assisted me as I looked at helmets. I said I’m going on a week-long cycling/camping trip and need a new helmet. The staff member asked me if this trip is to “lose some weight or what?”
I was there to BUY A HELMET.
I later bought a helmet elsewhere. I won’t be going to Trek again.

I couldn't be any more dissapointed with the way I was treated at Trek North Lakes. I was looking for some professional advice, instead I was made to feel stupid due to my lack of knowledge around bike components. Thankfully, 99Bikes was just around the corner and I couldnt have been more happy with how helpful they were.
