What an absolutely stellar experience ww received from Nathan and the team. We popped in to buy our daughter her first proper "big girl" bike and the service and care we received blew us away. The best part was how genuine, kind, helpful and knowledgeable Nathan was. On top of that, there was no sales pitch and it was clear that he just wanted to give us as much information as possible so we could make the most informed decision. To top it all off, the way he made the whole experience for our little girl that extra bit special was just incredible. Thank you Nathan.

Everything was perfect. From our initial enquiry about a suitable bike for my son several weeks ago the staff member who greeted us was enthusiastic, informative and encouraged us to both to go for a proper test ride around the North Lakes. There was no high pressure sales, the bike spoke for itself as it should, and when we came back the staff member went through the pros and cons of what this bike had and explained the suitability for what we wanted it for, and it was comforting to know that staff member knew what he knew what he was talking about and was willing to help and had plenty advice, it really was a pleasure and my son and I left that afternoon very happy with the encounter. After this initial visit we knew that we would absolutely be back to buy a bike from this store. On our next visit we were again greeted with enthusiasm this time by the manager, we purchased the bike and the manager then ran through all the information that we needed to know, seeing as this was our first "proper bike", he mentioned and showed us how to look after it properly and mentioned that if we had any problems to just come back and we will be helped.......and of course that Trek is willing to do our services for us if we would prefer. Being in business myself I too don't expect my customers to make a decision or purchase straight away, but by me giving my customers the information they need and greeting them the same way that you do, I do know that my potential customers will be back when they are ready to buy. Well done to everyone, what a pleasure.

Huge shoutout to Jack who took so much time to carefully explain all the models, versions and components to me in laymen's terms when I was flying blind.
Jack was super knowledgeable even with me throwing many curveball questions and guided me to the right bike choice for me (Roscoe 8).
Not to mention just the general politeness throughout the many phone calls we had.

I had a lovely service experience today by Nathan and Dylan. Nathan was really helpful while I was picking out a few gear items like a new helmet and lock and they come with great warranty and return policies. The shop also has a great range and is nice and calm.
Much better service than I have had in the other big name bike store in this suburb.

Took my Roscoe in to have some new tires fitted, the team where great from the get go. The services offered was second to none and the price was cheaper than any other store in Brisbane! I walked into this store today and was quickly greeted by a gentleman named Nathan. I had no intention on buying a bike today however I came into the store to ask a heap of questions and advice about which bike I should consider.
Nathan was very friendly and he carefully listened and understood what I was looking for in a bike, I could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and had a passion for bikes as well. It was good know I was talking to someone who knew what he was talking about as he answered all my questions and concerns and was really well at explaining everything. I have limited knowledge about bikes and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. Because of Nathan I feel like I have a better understanding of what I need and I am grateful for that. Will definitely come back to your store when I am ready to buy.
Based on my experience today I would highly recommend this business to everyone, AAA happy customer.

This TREK outlet scores 5 ⭐️ s for a very good reason.
I walked in after a phone call only to realize I needed to upgrade my initial bike choice; made casually over an afternoon of internet browsing!
The staff were super accommodating, friendly and very knowledgeable! Nothing was too hard. I had two test rides with Ellis who even setup and optimized the bike suspension settings for me - he made that fun!
The staff even provided helmet advice and trail tips along the way to help me get re-acquainted with MTB in the local and Brisbane area.
After finalizing the trek app and bike setup with Nathan, I left very satisfied at closing time - wheeling out my new bike! Ellis even helped load the bike into my car!
Kudos to you guys - keep up the great service. I’ll certainly be back and could not recommend this place and people more highly!

Nathan was unreal. Helped myself and my partner pick the right bikes for us. Spent hours with us. Let me test a few bikes to make sure I was happy. He even stayed back past his finish time to help us. Couldn’t have asked for better service and he gave me a thorough run down on how to set up my bike and maintain the cleanliness etc. Cannot fault his service.
