When I came into the store, he had already set up the bike, and showed me where to test ride it. It was the most pleasant and easy bike buying experience I've had! My prior experience in a bike shop (99 Bikes) looking for a pair of shoes left me feeling a bit deflated as the guy belittled indoor cycling and made out like it doesn't matter what shoe I get because it's "just indoor" while trying to get me to buy a shoe that I didn't really like.
Dylan was the opposite and was a pleasure to talk to - I will be coming back to Trek as my local bike shop from now on!

The Trek North Lakes (TNL) team are very customer centric and obliging. They have good knowledge base and are able to easily explain issues found during servicing and how to help the customer mitigate future occurrence by providing some basic guidance. Well done.
P.S. TNL are not my closest Trek dealer. TNL provide excellent sales and service, so l'm happy to drive an extra 30mins
