Matt just left after taking care of a pretty serious mouse infestation. We purchased the Prevent-a-Mouse program. It includes inside 3 level treatment, sealing entry points and placing outside bait stations. Matt was very professional and answered all of our questions. Austin did an above and beyond job making sure my pest control needs were covered, and all of my questions answered. He even willingly climbed onto my roof to inspect a possible pest entry point after refilling my bait stations, which was the reason he came out. Most significantly however, Austin let me know that he smelled gas in my crawlspace, leading to the identification of a pretty serious gas leak I wasn’t aware of. I’m incredibly grateful for his thorough attention, which may have saved my home and even my life!

TLDR: Call Critter Catchers if you suspect you have bats or mice in your attic. They are professional, friendly, fair, and will take care of the issue so you can sleep better at night. I had bats in the attic of my home. I tolerated it for a while, but eventually got tired of hearing the constant scratching noises from the ceiling at night time. I called Critter Catchers and they came out within 1 business day to assess the problem. They found bats and evidence of mice in the attic. They came up with a plan, quoted me a price, and scheduled the work. They professionally sealed my home and installed a one-way door for the bats to leave the attic but not be able re-enter. They came back after about a month to remove the one-way door and seal it up. THANK YOU to Critter Catcher's skilled technicians, I have not heard anything in the attic since then. You guys rock!

I cannot tell you how amazing this team was from start to finish. Each and every interaction, every explanation was clear and professional. The initial call and estimate was so thorough! They checked every nook and cranny and inside the attic! Not only did they come out to do the work in less than 3 days, they were quick efficient and 100% knowledgeable and always professional. The whole process of inspecting and sealing the house to prevent future bat issues was handled very professionally by employees who went above and beyond with their efforts and attitudes. Critter Catchers came out right away and followed through with phone and text contacts perfectly throughout all phases of the bat removal process. First contacts, Paul and Ricki, answered every question and were friendly and reassuring as well. Austin, who came to inspect the home as well as to assist with the sealing, was so knowledgeable, kind and patient. He was calm and did a very thorough, personalized job, explaining thoroughly as he progressed through the home inspection. Chad, who sealed part of the house and installed the bat gates also, was very personable and highly skilled. Matt, who came today to remove the bat gates, went above and beyond. He even went out of his way to check to make sure recent visits by woodpeckers had not penetrated the house. His customer friendly, smiling attitude and kind nature have been mirrored by others at Critter Catchers. I could not be more impressed and thankful that I chose this company to take care of the bat issue. They have been super reliable and friendly, yet also professional and skilled. In my opinion, the employees I have interacted with have provided outstanding service. I feel fortunate to have chosen a company that has employees of this high caliber on staff.

Aaron came out today to assess the situation with mice in my basement and attic. He did a great job assessing and explaining the situation, what to expect with treatment and when, etc. Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Aaron and am looking forward to continuing with Critter Catchers to keep the mice situation out of my house. From my initial review of all the information on their website (FABULOUS job of info sharing there I must say!), to my call to inquire and then Aaron coming here to assess and treat (I lucked out, he was finishing up a job in the next town over so he came right over), I'm very pleased and feel confident they are the right company to do the job. I initially had a different company come out, but later when I inquired, I found that the other company did not have the proper insurance for me to be comfortable with them working on my property (should have inquired first). Critter Catchers had their insurance linked right on their website... and easy to verify it with their insurance company. The other company thought there might be bat dropping in one corner of the basement, but Aaron was able to determine that it was not from bats (likely chipmunks) -- and no evidence of bats in the attic. Feeling very comfortable and confident with Critter Catchers, Aaron's assessment, and the interior and exterior treatments. I'm scheduled for a follow-up replenishment of the exterior bait stations and am looking forward to the continued periodic exterior upkeep with Critter Catchers. Highly recommend!

We moved in the Rochester area two years ago, and since last year I notice mice problems, I tried to do it myself, and I wish I called them sooner so I requested a quote yesterday and today they came and they did an amazing job! I have 3 small children so I want to make sure the mice don’t spread any disease. Chad gave me a quick solution, he explained me everything and it’s amazing how much knowledge he has. I am super happy with the service, Chad is super friendly, respectful, polite and quick. Definitely recommend this service and company.
